ROMANG, Judge:. The Plaintiffs-Appellees brought this action to specifically perform a written contract to convey certain real property. The Defendants-Appellants answered and counterclaimed for reformation of the written contract to reflect that the Plaintiffs had not fully paid their obligation including interest. 1 The District Court sustained Plaintiffs’ demurrer to the answer and counterclaim on the ground that it alleged an oral “agreement or agreements that are viola-tive of the statutes of the State of Oklahoma . . . .” Although the District Court did not refer to any authority it is…
