In 2013, in an election conducted by the National Labor Relations Board (“Board” or “NLRB”), the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 991 (“Union”) prevailed in its campaign to represent school bus drivers and monitors working for Petitioner Durham School Services, LP, in Milton, Pace, and Navarre, Florida.
