In December, 1930, the defendants, Edward J. Ryan and wife, purchased from complainant the premises described in the bill of complaint in this cause and entered into and retained possession thereof until June 14th, 1941. As part of the consideration for the purchase and to secure their bond, they executed a mortgage to complainant covering the conveyed premises. The bill herein was filed to foreclose that mortgage. A final decree was entered in favor of complainant for $10,631.54 debt and $319.20 costs, the mortgaged premises were sold to complainant April 16th, 1941, for $100 and defendants…
