Contrary to his pleas, the appellant was convicted by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members of violating a lawful general regulation, attempted espionage, unauthorized sale of military property, unauthorized disposal of military property, and larceny of government property (two specifications) in violation of Articles 92, 106a, 108, and 121 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 906a, 908 and 921 (1982 and Supp. III).
