OPINION OF THE COURT

STUCKY, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, Airman First Class David K. Kapple was convicted by a special court-martial consisting of a military judge sitting alone, of one specification of missing movement in violation of Article 87 of the UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 887.1 He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, 2 months confinement, forfeiture of $500 pay per month for 2 months, and reduction to E-l.
