(“Barron”) filed with Premier Insurance Company of Massachusetts (“Premier”) a claim for reimbursement of expenses for chiropractic services rendered to Courtney Woods (“Woods”)1 under the Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) coverage of an automobile insurance policy. Alleging the failure of Woods to attend a medical examination, Premier denied the claim.
