OPINION

CLAY, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Jose Humberto Solano-Ro-sales (“Defendant” or “Solano-Rosales”) appeals from the sentence imposed by the district court following his plea to the charge of returning to the United States without authorization after removal following a felony offense, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a) and (b)(1). For the reasons set forth below, we AFFIRM the sentence.
