CLAY, Circuit Judge.

*792 Defendant Daniel Sexton ("Sexton") appeals from the judgment entered by the district court sentencing him to 109 months' imprisonment, and ordering him to pay $2,637,058.32 in restitution and to forfeit property to the government, including a money judgment of $2,534,912. For the reasons set forth below, we AFFIRM the decision of the district court.
