OPINION

SILER, Circuit Judge.

After pleading guilty to one count of selling a firearm to a convicted felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(d)(1), and one count of intent to distribute and distribution of morphine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 84.1(a)(1), Rodney Henry was sentenced to fifty months’ imprisonment followed by three years of supervised release,’ the first eighteen months of which is to be served in a halfway house.
