RYAN, Circuit Judge.
Jesse Upsher, Annie Abraham, Edward Brodzik, Henry Huczek, Stephen Kalmus, Karen Kohl, Tracy Thacker, and John O’Loughlin (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the plaintiffs”) are custodians employed by the Grosse Pointe Public School System.
