This contract action is before the Court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the United States Court of Federal Claims (“RCFC”). Plain*500tiff, a former government informant, contends that he is entitled to relief because the government failed to compensate him according to the oral terms of his written contract.
