Defendant-Appellant Chad Salvatore appeals from a judgment of conviction and sentence imposed on March 22, 2018, by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York (Skretny, C.J.). Salvatore pleaded guilty to seven counts of distribution and receipt of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(2)(A), 1 and one count of obstruction of justice in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1519.
