Defendant-appellant Brian Jones appeals from a judgment, entered on May 7, 2004, in the United States District Court for thé Northern District of New York (Howard G. Munson, Judge), convicting and sentencing ‘ Jones principally to 60 months imprisonment after he pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute cocaine base (“crack”), in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (“Section 841”). Jones argues that the district court improperly counted his two New York State youthful offender adjudications to determine that he was a Career Offender under the United States…
