I. BACKGROUND

The court held a sentencing hearing for Defendant Corey Jones on Friday, April 24, 2015. At the hearing, the court made certain findings on the record with respect to the application of section 4Bl.l(a) of the United States Sentencing Guidelines (the “Sentencing Guidelines” or “Guidelines”).
