This matter is before the court on plaintiffs’ motion to remand for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.

I. Factual Background

Plaintiffs filed this class action in the Court of Common Pleas for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Berkeley County, South Carolina. Plaintiffs are alleging negligence, breach of warranty, fraud, and misrepresentation regarding the manufacture and sale of the soil anchor/tie down system of securing mobile homes to the ground.
