This matter is before the court on plaintiffs’ motion to remand for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.

I. Background

Plaintiffs Jones and Duvall were insured under Allstate 1 automobile insurance policies in 2001 when they were involved in accidents that caused property damage to their vehicles. (Am.Compl.1ffl 34-35.)
