Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of first-degree premeditated murder, MCL 750.316 first-degree felony murder, MCL 750.316, and kidnapping, MCL 750.349. Defendant was thereafter sentenced to two terms of life imprisonment without parole for the first-degree murder convictions, and fifteen to sixty years’ imprisonment for the conviction of kidnapping. Defendant appeals as of right. Because defendant’s convictions arise out of the death of a single victim, we order that defendant’s judgment of sentence be modified to specify that defendant’s conviction and single sentence is for…
