On May 18, 1984, Pacific Chemical Products Company (“Pacific”), plaintiff-appellant, filed a complaint against Teletronics Services, Inc. (“Teletronics”), Allnet Communications Services, Inc. (“Allnet”) and Ohio Bell Telephone Company (“Ohio Bell”), defendants-appellees, for breach of the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
