In accordance with his pleas, Appellant was convicted by a special court-martial of failure to obey a no-eontact order, wrongful use of cocaine, adultery, and breaking restriction in violation of Articles 92, 112a, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 912a, 934 (2000), respectively. A military judge sitting alone sentenced Appellant to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for ninety days and reduction to pay grade E-l.
