This is an action to enforce stockholders’ liability in a banking corporation of Montana. It was once before this court on appeal from an order sustaining a demurrer to the complaint. The complaint was held to state' a cause of' action. Corrington v. Crosby, 54 N. D. 614, 48 A.L.R. 660, 210 N. W. 342.
