Defendant Jose Yanez-Rodriguez entered a guilty plea, pursuant to a plea agreement, to one count of reentering the United States after previous deportation, in violation of 8 U.S.C. §§ 1326(a) and (b). Yanez-Rodriguez was ultimately sentenced to 144 months of imprisonment, followed by 3 years of supervised release.
