MANION, Circuit Judge.

Colleen Kramer sued her former employer, Banc of America Securities, LLC (“BOA”), for, among other things, retaliatory discharge in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. (the “ADA”). After a bench trial, the district court found in favor of BOA. On appeal we must determine whether compensatory and punitive damages are available as a remedy for a retaliation claim against an employer under the ADA.
