Before the Court is the motion of Paragon Enterprises (“Paragon”), to require Cornwall Paper Mills Company (the “Debtor” or “Cornwall”) to pay administrative rents, pursuant to Bankruptcy Code (“the Code”) section 503(b), for the use and occupancy of premises located at 300 Executive Drive, West Orange, New Jersey. . 11 U.S.C. § 503(b).
