This matter is before the Court on the Motions of various Landlords 2 for immediate payment of rent for the post-petition portion of March 2002 (“the Stub Rent”). HQ Global Holdings, Inc. and certain of its affiliates (collectively “the Debtors”) objected to the Landlords’ Motions. For the reasons set forth below, we deny the Motions without prejudice and defer the liquidation and payment of the Stub Rent until after the Debtors have determined whether to assume or reject the Landlords’ leases.
