Before the Court is the Motion of Trans-america Leasing, Inc. (“Transamerica”) for Immediate Payment of Administrative Expenses relating to rejected equipment leases and a Motion to Vacate the Order approving the rejection by NPR, Inc. (“NPR”) of its equipment leases with Transamerica. In connection with those Motions, NPR filed a Motion for Leave to File Memorandum of Law and Affidavit under Seal.
