DILLON, Judge.
*329Jacqueline M. Jackson ("Petitioner") was discharged from her employment with Golden Age of Lexington, Inc. ("Employer"). The Board of Review at the North Carolina Department of Commerce, Division of Employment Security ("Division") determined that Petitioner was disqualified to receive unemployment benefits. On appeal, the superior court reversed the Board of Review's decision and held that Petitioner was not disqualified to receive unemployment benefits.
