The State brings this interlocutory appeal, see RSA 606:10, 11(a) (1986), from an order of the Superior Court (.Fitzgerald, J.) granting in part the motion of the defendants, Michael and Cynthia Cannuli, to suppress evidence seized pursuant to a warrant. We reverse and remand.

On November 18, 1996, following a lengthy investigation of the defendants, Chief Investigator Bahan of the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office applied for and received from the Concord District Court (Robbins, J.) four search warrants.
