SINGAL, District Judge.

Employees of a Shop ‘n Save supermarket operated by Defendant Hannaford Bros, refused to sell alcohol to Plaintiff David Dudley, who suffers from a handicap that gives him the outward appearance of being intoxicated. Dudley sued Hanna-ford Bros, for violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Maine Human Rights Act.
