Plaintiff, Randall J. Soileau sues Guilford of Maine, Inc. (“Guilford”), his former employer, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12001-12213, and the Maine Human Rights Act (“MHRA”), 5 M.R.S.A. §§ 4571-4660-A 1 Soileau claims that he was harassed and discriminated against because of an actual and/or perceived disability.
