On April 24, 1917, W. R. Ozier purchased 10,000 acres of land situated in Hutchinson, Potter, and Moore counties, Tex., and as part consideration therefor, executed four vendor’s lien notes, aggregating $52,719.32,, which stipulate lor interest at 6 per cent., and Í0 per cent, attorney’s fees. The first note was due in six months, and the others in one, two, and three years after date, respectively.
