In 1916, Clinton Bybee and bis wife gave to tbe Security Trust Company of Galveston a deed of trust upon 350.5 acres of land owned by them in Montgomery county, Tex., to secure a note of even date with tbe deed of trust due by them to tbe Security Trust Company in the sum of $2,300, due and payable August 1, 1921! After executing this deed of trust, Bybee and bis wife conveyed this 350.5 acres of land to W. J.
