Brown, his grantor, and William Allen, who claimed a lien by mortgage thereon, executed by the defendant A. B. The counsel for appellant, in addition to their printed arguments, have filed a written brief, in which they claim that there was error in the judgment, in directing the payment of the school fund mortgage with its interest.
