INTRODUCTION

The plaintiff, Federal Insurance Company (“Federal”), as subrogee of Millennium Partners Management, LLC (“Millennium”), brought this negligence action against the defendants, CBT/Childs Bertman Tseckares, Inc. (“CBT”), Cosentini Associates (“Cosentini”), and Willco Sales and Service, Inc.,3 seeking to recover for properly damage in connection with a fire on property owned by Millennium.
