MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN D. BATES, District Judge.

Plaintiff Robert Wightman-Cervantes brings this action against Robert Mueller, in his official capacity as Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), and Eric Holder, in his official capacity as Attorney General of the United States (collectively, “defendants”). He requests that the Court order defendants to recuse themselves from a criminal investigation that he seeks to open.
