POOLER, Circuit Judge.
Tracey Wolak, a seven-year veteran of the Pelham Manor police force, brought a civil rights action against the police chief, mayor, and village of Pelham Manor. She alleged that police officers failed to “back her up” in the field, demeaned her with pornographic and other derogatory postings, and denied her equal facilities at the police station. 1 A jury determined that there was a hostile work environment but found that it did not injure Wolak.
