On February 17, 2011, relator Francisco J. Martinez filed a petition for writ of mandamus, complaining of the trial court’s order holding Martinez in contempt of court. We conditionally grant mandamus relief.

BACKGROUND

Relator Francisco J. Martinez is the attorney for the defendant David Garza in the underlying suit. On September 9, 2010, the trial court held a hearing on the entry of the judgment following a jury trial.
