CODY, Justice.

This is an action in trespass to try title to a parcel of land described in appellant’s petition, and a suit for affirmative equitable relief, brought by appellant against appel-lees. Appellees Boeckman filed a joint answer which contained special exceptions, a plea of not guilty, a general denial, pleas of the three, five and ten years statute of limitations, together with a plea of the four year statute of limitation against the specific performance of any alleged agreement to convey the property in question.
