This is a consolidated appeal by defendant-appellant, The Ravines at Parkwick Drive Condominium Association (the “Association”), and defendant-appellant, Colony Development Corporation (“Colony”), from the February 23, 1999 judgment entry of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment for plaintiff-appellee, Erie Insurance Exchange (“Erie”).
