An appeal from a decree of the lower court dismissing appellant’s bill of complaint for want of merit.

It is alleged in the bill that plaintiff and ■defendant are residents of the District of Columbia and are husband and wife; that they have one child now living, born on February 3, 1930; that on September 12, 1932, plaintiff obtained in the circuit court for Montgomery county, Md., a decree of ■divorce a mensa et thoro from defendant upon the ground of cruelty; that she was awarded the custody of their child, and defendant was directed to pay permanent alimony to her in…
