OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company (“MHT”) moves pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for summary judgment against all defendants and also moves for dismissal of defendant B.B. Andersen’s counterclaims. At oral argument on May 13, 1991, the Court granted summary judgment to MHT for the reasons stated below. 1 2For the same reasons, the counterclaims of defendant Andersen are also dismissed.
