I. INTRODUCTION
Pro se plaintiff Dennis Nelson (“Plaintiff’), an inmate at Five Points Correctional Facility (“Five Points”), brings this action against employees of the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision Services (“DOCCS”), pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging violations of the Eighth Amendment for Defendants’ inadequate treatment of an ulcer located on his left leg.
