Plaintiff Long Oil Heat, Inc., doing business as Long Energy ("Long Oil"), brings this diversity action against Defendants William Spencer ("William"), Thomas Spencer ("Thomas," together with William, the "Spencers" or the "Spencer Defendants"), North East Freightways, Inc.
