A decree of divorce was granted to Laura James from her husband Roy James on the 10th day of November, 1914, in the district court of Osage county. On July 13, 1918, Laura James married Fidelis Che-She-Woh-Ke-Pah,' plaintiff in error herein. Roy James married Josephine James, who appears with others as defendant in error. On January 10, 1924, Roy James died; and on May 10, 1926, Laura James died.
