Jennie Davis, as plaintiff, brought this action against Forrest M. Dar-rough, as defendant, plaintiff in error herein, for possession and to quiet title to an undivided one-half interest in and to certain lands in Greek county, Okla. The case was tried upon an agreed statement of facts.
Naomi Inman, whose allotment is in controversy in this cause, was a half-blood Greek Indian born February 15, 1906, and was the illegitimate child of Oora Inman, a full-blood Greek Indian.
