1Per curiam

Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of two counts of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797. The jury was unable to reach a verdict on two counts of first-degree murder, and a mistrial was declared. Defendant was retried to the bench and was convicted of two counts of second-degree murder, MCL 750.317; MSA 28.549. She received concurrent prison sentences of two to twenty years on the armed robbery convictions and fifteen to forty years on the murder convictions, and now appeals as of right.
