SANBORN, Circuit Judge.
This is an action brought under the Tuck-ep Act, 28 U.S.C.A. § 41(20), to recover the reasonable value of legal services furnished the United States allegedly in reliance upon an implied contract. The United States moved to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted, pursuant to Rule 12(b) (6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S. C.A. following section 723c. The District Court entered judgment upon an order granting the motion to dismiss, and this appeal follows.
