This is an original proceeding in prohibition. The relators are Jennie Mincke, Emily Runge, Beauford Miller, Mildred Calhoun, and Herbert F. Roessel, who for several years past have served as Deputy Probation Officers of the Juvenile Court of the City of St. Louis. The respondent is the Honorable Eugene J. Sartorius, one of the duly elected and acting judges of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, and presently assigned to preside in the Juvenile Division thereof.
