SNYDER, Judge.
Plaintiff, Aaron Williams, appeals from a judgment dismissing his petition for damages, actual and punitive, for wrongful discharge from his position as an employee of the Juvenile Division of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis which is the 22nd Judicial Circuit of the State of Missouri. The defendants are the judge of the Juvenile Division, certain employees of that division and the Juvenile Division Board of Examiners.
