The Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel (OCDC) seeks to discipline the law license of Renae Lynn Ehler for multiple violations of the rules of professional conduct in her representation of a client in a dissolution proceeding and another client in an unrelated civil case. The preponderance of the evidence proves Ms. Ehler violated Rule 4-1.1, Competence, by failing to correctly calculate and deliver the amount of money owed to a client and an opposing party and by failing to provide opposing counsel with requested discovery information to avoid a default judgment…
