This is an appeal from a judgment for defendant which was entered in consequence of the sustaining of special and general demurrers to plaintiffs’ second amended complaint without leave to amend.

Plaintiffs, a firm of attorneys, seek to recover from defendant, State Compensation Insurance Fund, certain attorneys’ fees in pursuance of a written contract alleged to have been made between the parties.
